You will lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals and contractors, develop maintenance timelines, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and uphold maintenance protocols, policies, and standards to comply with safety regulations and organizational guidelines.
  • Plan and oversee maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and enhancements.
  • Work in conjunction with production and operations teams to prioritize maintenance efforts and reduce workflow interruptions.
  • Effectively allocate resources such as personnel, materials, and budget to meet maintenance objectives.
  • Direct and mentor maintenance staff, providing support and ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Evaluate equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize efficiency while reducing expenses.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventory.
  • Source necessary spare parts, tools, and supplies to facilitate maintenance functions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and repairs.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, technological innovations, and best practices in maintenance management.

Qualifications:

  • (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision, ideally with over [5 years] in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, CNC machinery, and HVAC systems, including familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently diagnose and address maintenance challenges.
  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
