Position Overview
The Senior Vice President, PACE Operations will oversee the comprehensive management of Hope PACE, ensuring adherence to both organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for Hope PACE, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the PACE Leadership team, conducting timely employee evaluations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive effective decision-making and problem-solving to maintain seamless operations.
  • Financial Stewardship: Collaborate on contracts and service utilization to safeguard the financial health of Hope PACE.
  • Communication: Enhance communication within the team and with external stakeholders, including patients and families.
  • Quality Assurance: Actively engage in quality management, utilization review, and risk management initiatives to ensure high standards of care.
  • Education and Training: Provide leadership in educational initiatives for team members and community professionals.
  • Compliance: Ensure team adherence to all organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a minimum of five years in PACE or a related field.
  • Experience working with frail or elderly populations.
  • A valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Skills Required
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and software.
  • Ability to interpret complex instructions and manage multiple priorities.
