Position Summary: The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is accountable for formulating and executing a robust internal and external sales strategy aimed at meeting revenue and profitability objectives. This role spearheads the creation of a long-term sales strategy that aligns with the organization’s growth initiatives and encompasses various service lines across targeted sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively articulate Alta Resources' offerings and solutions to senior executives at potential and existing client organizations.
  • Stay updated on new services, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Engage in sales meetings, industry seminars, and relevant trade events that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage budgets and P&L effectively, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies to secure business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, trip reports, and customer profiles as necessary.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, fostering relationships and closing deals through strategic follow-ups and contract negotiations.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients to identify needs and communicate findings to internal teams for strategic alignment.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute leadership duties in accordance with company policies and legal standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Planning and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of managing complex, high-stakes sales processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at translating intricate business concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
  • Proficient in web-based research methodologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of high-level sales experience with a proven track record is essential. Experience in Business Process Outsourcing and related fields is advantageous.

Technology Skills:

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is required. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
