As the Senior Vice President of Financial Operations, you will oversee the financial management of significant revenue streams for Trinity Health. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity and operational excellence of our healthcare systems.
Your responsibilities will include providing strategic financial leadership across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring effective budget management, and fostering collaboration among various departments. You will be instrumental in aligning financial strategies with organizational goals and enhancing overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial stewardship and provide direction to the assigned healthcare markets.
- Engage with senior management to address and resolve complex financial and operational challenges.
- Manage and mentor teams of finance professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Oversee the development and monitoring of operating and capital budgets.
- Facilitate strategic planning initiatives and evaluate organizational performance against set objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
Essential Functions:
- Provide guidance and support to regional leaders in achieving financial performance goals.
- Drive standardization and optimization of financial processes across the organization.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators to measure financial success.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A minimum of ten years of experience in financial management, with at least five years in a senior leadership role within a healthcare setting, is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable. Experience in multi-hospital systems and complex healthcare delivery environments is preferred.
