About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President of Revenue Growth to lead our revenue strategy and operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth plan that aligns with our company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a revenue growth strategy that identifies new business opportunities, expands existing markets, and increases revenue from existing products.
- Marketing and Demand Generation: Lead the development and execution of effective demand generation campaigns to drive lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Customer Success and Retention: Oversee customer success initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze revenue performance against targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in revenue management, sales leadership, and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in media, production, and/or business consultancy is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
