We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Vice President of Operations to enhance our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing our daily operations and steering the company towards its strategic goals.

  • Work in partnership with the President to shape and implement the organization’s strategic direction and vision.
  • Oversee and coordinate the operations of our Service and Construction departments.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Service Operations, Sales, and Construction to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Develop workforce strategies to align with future staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure performance targets are met and key business metrics are achieved.
  • Enhance systems, processes, controls, and procedures to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Encourage innovation and the integration of new technologies to streamline operations and boost competitiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and legal standards while managing operational risks.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and driving high performance across diverse teams.
  • A minimum of five years in executive leadership roles within the fire protection or similar mechanical/electrical industries.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L responsibilities for at least five years.
  • Demonstrated leadership in multi-site field operations for five or more years.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong ability to adapt to evolving challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven performance metrics.
  • Ability to quickly identify and address potential issues.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach.
