As a hands-on leader, the successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy while collaborating with market leaders to enhance retail sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate comprehensive and strategic 'go-to-market' plans that focus on initiatives aimed at achieving company objectives, enhancing revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Equip Market Sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to meet the targets outlined in the go-to-market and revenue plans, while providing management with ongoing qualitative sales forecasts.
  3. Advise on marketing campaigns to improve product penetration based on thorough market analysis and insights.
  4. Oversee the acquisition marketing, branding, and creative teams to ensure alignment in market positioning, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
  5. Deliver scalable programs and campaigns supported by repeatable processes, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
  6. Analyze the company's business risks, competitive landscape, and industry opportunities to devise actions that address known and emerging challenges to growth.
  7. Develop, implement, and assess Hotwire's digital go-to-market and sales strategy, emphasizing direct-to-consumer approaches that enhance the user experience and drive sales results.
  8. Monitor strategies and processes throughout the revenue cycle, from customer acquisition to engagement and retention of retail relationships.
  9. Set sales targets aligned with the company's objective of increasing revenue and improving return on investment for each customer.
  10. Establish, monitor, and achieve growth objectives.
  11. Collaborate closely with the Product team on future product roadmaps, ensuring consumer behavior and preferences are integrated into planning and execution.
  12. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and key colleagues.
  13. Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging marketing technologies.
  14. Drive brand positioning, differentiation, and equity to enhance market share and brand visibility.
  15. Foster a culture that rewards performance, teamwork, and respect both internally and externally.
  16. Act as a representative for Hotwire in each market through the programs delivered, ensuring customers and consumers understand the business's value proposition by training and educating market team members.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and pricing strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data and insights for informed decision-making.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and consumer behavior.
