Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at True Management LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our office employees, field manager, and executive team, ensuring all processed information is accurate and detailed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar using Insightly
  • Organize the calendar and take precise and descriptive notes
  • Contribute to company needs as they arise
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
  • Ensure accurate data entry on invoices
  • Perform light accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and Mac systems
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Excel, and QuickBooks
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects and tasks
  • Ideal candidate speaks Spanish
  • Ideal candidate must pass a background check, driving record check, and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Must agree to a confidentiality agreement pertaining to our business
Work Environment
  • Small construction office setting located in Freemansburg, PA
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • 8am to 4:30pm
