Job Summary
As a key member of the Smith College team, the Executive Assistant to the Provost will provide high-level administrative support to the Provost and other senior leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Provost, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Provost and other senior leaders.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex administrative problems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
