Job Summary

As a key member of the Smith College team, the Executive Assistant to the Provost will provide high-level administrative support to the Provost and other senior leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Provost, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Provost and other senior leaders.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex administrative problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
