We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Executive Team and other departments as needed. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our smooth and efficient operations through a variety of functions including scheduling and calendar management, document management, event coordination, and other internal and external facing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including scheduling and calendar management, document management, and event coordination.
- Assist with fundraising efforts, including entering new donations into our donor database and preparing donor mailings.
- Prepare sensitive materials, including Board resolutions and confidential correspondence, and manage non-revenue contract filing and storage.
- Take charge of planning, scheduling, arranging speakers, catering, and managing budgets for internal and external events hosted by CET.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams across CET to ensure their administrative needs are met efficiently.
Requirements
- A high school diploma and at least 2 years of administrative assistance experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office software and the ability to learn new software required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Accuracy and attention to detail required.
Benefits
This is a part-time hourly non-exempt position, with a typical schedule of 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. The Administrative Assistant has the option to work remotely or from our office in Northampton, MA. At CET, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation range in our job postings reflects the range of pay available for the role. Individual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
