Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SERVPRO of SE Somerset County/E Brunswick/Princeton Meadows. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Collection and Data Entry: Maintain and manage collections using in-house software, complete internal job file quality reviews for reconstruction, and perform detailed and accurate data entry.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Maintain internal and external communications, receive and enter lead calls and job referrals in the system, and provide excellent customer service to both teammates and clients.
  • Administrative Support: Assist other departments as needed, prepare estimates and billing invoices, and perform various administrative tasks to support the team's efforts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience, with a focus on collection activities.
  • Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar; polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills; excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail; self-motivation and goal-oriented; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software.
