Position Summary:

The Client Relations Coordinator plays a vital role within the TeamLogic IT framework, contributing to our corporate goal of enhancing market presence and expanding our customer base. This position is responsible for generating revenue through outreach to small and mid-sized enterprises, creating leads and scheduling meetings for our external sales team to convert into sales. This role presents an excellent pathway for professional development into technology sales, as we seek to cultivate future outside sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving issues related to customer orders and accounts

• Supply the sales team with analytical reports and sales resources

• Collaborate with account managers to devise and execute targeted sales initiatives

• Stay informed about new product launches and ensure the sales team is adequately briefed

• Provide customer support by monitoring pending orders and addressing customer inquiries

• Maintain and update computer files along with data entry tasks

• Support the coordination of administrative functions, including budgeting, personnel management, meetings, and clerical responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather relevant information

• Ensure a complete inventory stock is maintained

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology is preferred

• A minimum of 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the small business sector, is desirable

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a commitment to professionalism and business ethics

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Excel

• Familiarity with customer relationship management software and data analysis techniques

• Highly motivated individual capable of working collaboratively as well as independently
