Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team of managers, including maintaining up-to-date calendars and schedules, managing purchase orders, receiving, and handling returns, tracking and ordering necessary supplies, and conducting research and preparing documents.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the packing and shipping of items, ensure inventory has been updated accordingly, and notify the appropriate manager of any discrepancies or issues with shipping items or deliveries.
  • Pet Care and Errands: Schedule pet appointments, provide general care for pets, maintain lists of vaccinations, and updated records for future needs. Run errands as needed to support daily operations, facilitate meal ordering, and handle pick-up of items in town.
  • Expense Reporting and Reconciliation: Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Meeting Support: Draft and distribute meeting minutes to relevant participants.

Requirements:
