Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fulfill the role of a full-time Executive Services Coordinator. This position is essential in delivering vital administrative assistance to the executive team at CCGF, while also engaging in finance-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a significant role in furthering the strategic goals of the team, emphasizing Sustainability, Scale and Scope, and Significance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively and independently, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Suite, CRM systems, and financial software.
  • Committed to the mission of Coastal Georgia and philanthropy, with a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to our objectives.

Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, welcoming visitors, handling communications, and maintaining a professional office atmosphere.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through timely and professional interactions, effective communication, and diligent follow-up.
  • Assist in organizing and executing board meetings and various events.
  • Enhance stakeholder relationships through consistent and professional communication.

Financial Administration:

  • Assist the CFO in ensuring proper segregation of accounting duties, processing accounts, and maintaining financial integrity.
  • Oversee accurate financial documentation, including donor contributions and grant activities.
  • Manage the daily processing of gifts and grants, including all associated communications.
  • Support fundholders, grantees, and senior leadership to ensure operational efficiency.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
