Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fulfill the role of a full-time Executive Services Coordinator. This position entails providing crucial administrative assistance to the executive team at CCGF, as well as supporting finance-related functions. The successful applicant will play a key role in furthering the team's strategic goals, with a focus on Sustainability, Scale and Scope, and Significance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and independently, with outstanding attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Suite, CRM, and financial software.
  • Enthusiastic about Coastal Georgia and philanthropy, with a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to our mission.

Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, managing schedules, welcoming visitors, answering calls, handling correspondence, running errands, and promoting a professional work atmosphere.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and professional responses, effective communication, and diligent follow-up.
  • Assist in organizing and executing board meetings and events.
  • Enhance stakeholder relationships through consistent and professional communication.

Financial Administration:

  • Assist the CFO in maintaining a clear division of accounting responsibilities, processing accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Maintain precise financial records, including donor contributions and grant activities.
  • Process gifts and grants on a daily basis, managing all related communications.
  • Support fundholders, grantees, and senior leadership to ensure operational efficiency.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
