We are in search of a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to oversee our dual-sided labor marketplace in one of our operational areas. You will play a crucial role within our Market Operations team.

As an Operations Strategy Specialist on our Worker Team, you will collaborate closely with both our clients and workforce. You will take on various responsibilities to ensure the success of your market in terms of expansion, marketplace vitality, and profitability. Additionally, you will serve as a vital cross-functional partner to numerous teams essential for the effective execution of your strategies, including Sales, Central Operations, Technology, Product Development, Marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Become the primary authority on Traba's daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality while consistently seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop Strategic Initiatives: Envision broad objectives and delve into details – pinpoint areas for process enhancement and formulate actionable strategies to foster improvement and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Manage Marketplace Dynamics: Oversee Traba's marketplace supply by designing and implementing innovative user acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies that align with both current and anticipated demand.
  • Enhance Business Performance: Create and execute strategies that not only improve operational efficiency but also elevate customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes.
  • Develop Insightful Tools & Reports: Construct effective tools, perform insightful analyses, and set up reporting frameworks that reveal critical insights, empowering cross-functional teams to make informed decisions and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain robust communication and cooperation across Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment and collective progress towards shared goals.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in dynamic roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/operations.
  • A systematic, process-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
  • A willingness to engage deeply with operational details.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate challenges and setbacks effectively.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a capacity to excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in client-facing roles, familiarity with SQL and no-code tools like Retool, and experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Salary Information:

The compensation range for this role is between $90,000 and $140,000, based on market analysis and relevant factors. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
