We are in search of a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to oversee our two-sided labor marketplace in a designated region. You will play a crucial role within our Market Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Achieve operational excellence by becoming a subject matter expert on Traba's daily operational workflows.
  • Strategic Initiative Development: Employ strategic thinking to pinpoint inefficiencies in Traba's operations and formulate actionable plans to mitigate or eliminate these issues.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Traba's business clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Product Engagement: Foster product engagement among our clients by understanding their needs and processes, allowing you to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Consultative Approach: Engage with clients on-site to become a trusted advisor in staffing, logistics, supply chain, and distribution, thereby enhancing their operational effectiveness.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in dynamic roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/operations.
  • A systematic, process-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
  • A willingness to engage deeply with operational details.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate challenges and setbacks effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, familiarity with SQL, and proficiency in no-code tools like Retool, as well as experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $140,000, based on market analysis and relevant factors. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined.
