We are in search of a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to oversee our dual-sided labor marketplace in one of our operational areas. As a vital member of our Market Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve operational excellence by becoming a subject matter expert on Traba's daily operational workflows.
  • Strategically identify and address inefficiencies within Traba's processes, formulating actionable plans to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage marketplace supply to align with current and anticipated demand through user acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
  • Devise and implement strategies aimed at boosting operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving overall business performance.
  • Create tools and reporting structures to provide insights and recommend strategies to cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct analysis of competitor activities, customer behaviors, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in dynamic roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/operations.
  • A methodical and process-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
  • A proactive approach to diving into the details of operational processes.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, familiarity with SQL, and knowledge of no-code tools like Retool.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $140,000, based on market analysis and relevant factors. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications.
