We are in search of an experienced and entrepreneurial professional to oversee our two-sided labor marketplace in one of our operational areas. You will play a crucial role within our Market Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Become the primary authority on Traba's daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality while actively seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategize for Improvement: Engage in comprehensive analysis to identify areas for process enhancement, and develop actionable plans to foster improvements and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Manage Marketplace Dynamics: Take responsibility for Traba's marketplace supply by designing and implementing innovative user acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies that address both current and future needs.
  • Enhance Business Performance: Formulate and execute strategies that not only improve operational efficiency but also enhance customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes.
  • Create Valuable Tools & Insights: Develop impactful tools, conduct insightful analyses, and establish reporting frameworks that reveal critical insights, enabling cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain robust communication and cooperation across Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment and a unified approach towards shared objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in dynamic roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/operations.
  • A systematic, process-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
  • A willingness to engage deeply with process details.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate challenges and setbacks effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, familiarity with SQL and no-code tools like Retool, and experience collaborating with product/engineering teams.

Salary Range:

The compensation for this role is positioned between $90,000 and $140,000, based on market analysis and relevant factors. Adjustments may be considered for candidates with qualifications that significantly exceed those outlined in the job description.
