We are in search of a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to oversee our dual-sided labor marketplace in one of our operational areas. You will play a crucial role within our Market Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve operational excellence by becoming a subject matter expert on Traba's daily operational workflows.
  • Strategically identify inefficiencies within Traba's processes and develop actionable plans to mitigate or eliminate these inefficiencies.
  • Manage the supply side of Traba's marketplace to align with current and anticipated demand through user acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
  • Formulate and implement strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
  • Create tools, deliver insights, conduct analyses, and establish reporting frameworks to highlight findings and propose strategies to cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate competitor actions, customer behaviors, and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Foster communication and collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in commerce, business, finance, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in dynamic roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/operations.
  • A systematic, process-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
  • A willingness to engage deeply with the intricacies of operational processes.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience to swiftly navigate challenges and setbacks.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, familiarity with SQL and no-code tools like Retool, and experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Salary Information:

The compensation range for this role is between $90,000 and $140,000, based on market analysis and other relevant factors. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
