We are in search of an experienced and entrepreneurial individual to oversee our two-sided labor marketplace in one of our operational areas. You will play a crucial role within our Market Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance operational excellence by becoming a subject matter expert on Traba's daily operational workflows.
  • Strategically identify inefficiencies within Traba's processes and formulate actionable plans to mitigate or eliminate these inefficiencies.
  • Manage the supply side of Traba's marketplace to align with current and future demand by designing and implementing user acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
  • Create tools, provide insights, conduct analyses, and establish reporting structures to surface insights, recommending strategies and initiatives to cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze competitor activities, customer behaviors, and market trends to uncover growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in dynamic roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/operations.
  • A methodical, process-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
  • A willingness to engage deeply with the details of operational processes.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience to swiftly navigate challenges and setbacks.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, familiarity with SQL and no-code tools like Retool, and experience collaborating with product/engineering teams.

Salary Information:

The compensation range for this position is between $90,000 and $140,000, based on market analysis and other relevant factors. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
