We are in search of a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to oversee our two-sided labor marketplace in one of our operational areas. You will play a vital role within our Market Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Become the primary authority on Traba's daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality while actively pursuing enhancements in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop Strategic Initiatives: Engage in comprehensive analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization, formulating actionable strategies to drive improvements and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Manage Marketplace Dynamics: Oversee Traba's marketplace supply by creating and implementing innovative user acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies that align with both current and anticipated demand.
  • Enhance Business Performance: Formulate and execute strategies that not only improve operational efficiency but also enhance customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes.
  • Create Valuable Tools & Insights: Develop impactful tools, conduct insightful analyses, and establish reporting frameworks that highlight key insights, empowering cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong communication and cooperation among Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment and collective success.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in commerce, business, finance, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in dynamic roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/operations.
  • A systematic, process-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
  • A willingness to engage deeply with operational details.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience to swiftly navigate challenges and setbacks.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, familiarity with SQL and no-code tools like Retool, and experience collaborating with product/engineering teams.

Salary Information:

The compensation range for this role is between $90,000 and $140,000, based on market analysis and relevant factors. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined.
