Position: Member Services Support Specialist

We are in search of a dedicated team member to provide outstanding service to our members across various locations. This role is dynamic and engaging, offering a competitive starting pay. You will have the chance to refine your administrative skills while managing member communications, including phone calls and emails, in a full-time capacity that includes benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our members.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and office organization.
  • Respond to member inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Support the management of our reservation system and other related tasks.
  • Compile data and generate reports as needed.
  • Provide technical assistance to members regarding club policies and systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite; familiarity with Mac systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Possess a personal mobile device for communication purposes.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
