Job Overview

The Marine Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of Industrial Painters, Industrial Blasters, and Marine Decking personnel across various projects. This role entails coordinating all necessary elements for the assigned trades, including workforce management, material procurement, equipment allocation, change order management, and conducting job hazard assessments.
