Job Overview

All Things HR, LLC is in search of a Financial and Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support in various office functions. This role encompasses a range of administrative tasks along with the responsibility of ensuring accurate financial transactions under supervision. A solid foundation in financial and accounting principles is essential, along with proficiency in QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing processes
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks
  • Oversee accounts payable functions
  • Provide backup support for payroll processing
  • Assist in organizing company travel arrangements
  • Support the planning of internal team-building activities
  • Check and manage mail from an offsite location
  • Maintain office supply inventory as needed
  • Assist executive leadership with various administrative tasks
  • Ensure timely completion of timesheets, reports, and other documentation
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality in all business matters
  • Perform general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration
  • At least 3 years of financial experience
  • Experience in Human Resources or Payroll is a plus
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Required knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop
  • Familiarity with PayNW is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach

Compensation: $35.00 per hour
