Company Overview: All Things HR, LLC is a leading provider of human resources consulting services, and we are looking for an Administrative and Financial Assistant to support our operations. This role encompasses a variety of office management tasks along with financial responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing processes
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable
  • Support payroll functions as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities
  • Monitor and collect mail from designated locations
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership
  • Ensure timely completion of reports and documentation
  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards
  • Perform general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration
  • At least 3 years of financial experience
  • Experience in Human Resources or Payroll is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is essential
  • Knowledge of PayNW is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Positive attitude and adaptability

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate of $35.00
