Competitive base pay range: $22.48/hour to $30.42/hour
Additional compensation includes:

Your Role
As a Warranty Service Coordinator, you will engage directly with homeowners while managing the Service Request Process, executing customer service tasks, meeting response and completion targets, and ensuring all work adheres to quality and safety standards. You will serve as a vital link between our company and our clients post-construction.
Key Responsibilities
Homeowner Engagement
Communicate with homeowners in alignment with company policies and the Service Request Process. Utilize independent judgment to assess warranty items, formulate action plans, and determine effective communication strategies.
Service Provider Coordination:
Schedule appropriate service providers for repairs following warranty assessments. Oversee service providers to ensure timely arrival and facilitate their activities to ensure a seamless repair experience. When present during service work, enforce safety measures to protect all occupants.
Foster positive relationships with service providers and ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily. Provide constructive feedback to relevant departments regarding service provider performance.
General Responsibilities
Occasionally, you may be required to take on On-Call duties, which include:
- Being accessible via phone during evenings and weekends.
- Promptly responding to emergency communications from homeowners and service providers.
- Executing tasks as outlined in the On-Call Schedule and Emergency Procedures.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
Experience and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in management, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in construction is preferred.
- Experience in the residential construction sector is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to perform job functions in accordance with company standards and professional practices.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Strong organizational, communication (both verbal and written), management, and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize smartphone technology and proprietary software.
- Competence in basic math, data entry, and analysis.
- Ability to interpret vague instructions and respond appropriately in various situations.
- Flexibility in dealing with diverse individuals and managing challenging scenarios.
- Proficient in identifying and resolving issues, prioritizing tasks, and achieving goals.
- Ability to read and comprehend building plans.
- Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Clear communication of performance expectations and desired outcomes.
- Capability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities according to schedule.
