Insurance Client Service Specialist

As an Insurance Client Service Specialist at Houchens Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide timely responses to inquiries and service issues.
- Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably handling multi-line, large commercial accounts.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and opportunities.
