About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to cover the Midwest region, specifically targeting Weight Loss Centers and Medical Spas in IN and OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on compounding pharmacy and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a field call plan to convert HCPs and revive inactive ones using the MenMD database.
  • Conduct 3 in-field days per week, with 8-10 call contacts, and work remotely to reach targets and complete assigned tasks.
  • Build relationships with HCPs and their practices through clear communication and collaboration with the MenMD Account Manager.
  • Participate in product trainings, relaunches, and conferences as required.
  • Qualify targets, present the MenMD value proposition, and overcome objections.
  • Prepare accurate reports on calls, conversions, and HCP target status for weekly collaboration with the Sales Team.
Requirements
  • BS or BA degree
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in compounding pharmacy or B2B sales to Weight Loss Centers and Medical Spas
  • Demonstrated strategic acumen with a total account call approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Travel required for business, may include overnights
  • Proficiency in CRM and Google
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
