Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Husqvarna Group. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing in-store support to our retailers and dealers, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide store-level support for sales programs, merchandising, and marketing initiatives, including display setup, product arrangement, and point-of-purchase material display.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and associates, becoming the go-to person for field-level escalations.
  • Submit store call report templates as required by Director and/or Sales Managers.
  • Provide feedback on suggested improvements to merchandising and store assortments.
  • Build and maintain merchandising displays, arrange point-of-purchase materials, and ensure ongoing planogram compliance.
  • Monitor and report on store inventory levels.
  • Perform all aspects of product sales training, including equipment demonstrations and product application learning opportunities.
  • Represent Husqvarna at events such as trade shows, open houses, and customer appreciation events.
  • Assist Territory Managers and National Account Managers with specific retail and dealer activities as required.
  • Gather, analyze, and present solutions based on market data and competition.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to live in a location within the assigned territory determined by the organization.
  • Must meet DOT requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop high-quality working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel extensively as required.
  • Able and willing to lift 40-50 lbs up to 5 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in industries with dramatic growth and volume in sales, such as appliance, agricultural equipment, power tool, electronics, consumer durables, construction equipment, and/or power sports businesses.
