Position Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Manager of Neuroscience Sales to join our forward-thinking and dynamic sales team, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 Neuroscience Account Managers.
- Drive strategic initiatives and oversee the execution of strategies within the designated region, which encompasses multiple territories.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, and other critical internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in the pharmaceutical sector, with at least 4 years in Sales Management.
- Preferred experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or depression; other specialty experiences will be considered.
- Proven track record in recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing specialty sales teams.
- Demonstrated history of sales excellence and leadership capabilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and facilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid analytical and business acumen.
- Must reside near a major airport within the region.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
