Position Overview
As a key member of the Digital Activation Team at Thomson Reuters, we are seeking a skilled Program Manager to enhance webpage performance and elevate personalized user experiences. The Website Personalization Program Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining the complexities associated with A/B testing, optimization, audience segmentation, and personalization initiatives. Your mission will be to ensure that our projects are well-coordinated across all levels and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role presents an exciting opportunity to establish Personalization as a core capability within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams (including business units, engineering, product management, and data analytics) to develop foundational personalization strategies and test concepts.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate strategies into actionable plans, creating a framework for repeatable processes.
  • Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create comprehensive plans and timelines, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain quality standards throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Set clear objectives and define success metrics.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for each initiative.
  • Implement a robust communication strategy and regular reporting mechanisms for both testing initiatives and overall program status.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to personalization and website optimization.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Website Personalization Program Manager position will possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and best practices for A/B testing.
  • A strong grasp of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with website optimization methods, including heat mapping, click tracking, and personalization software.
  • Experience with Adobe products, specifically Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
