Community and Family Resources is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Outpatient Program Manager, responsible for leading the agency's substance use, problem gambling, and peer support initiatives across multiple locations. This position encompasses a range of managerial responsibilities, including oversight of grants and contracts related to the outpatient clinic.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise outpatient clinical personnel, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary measures.
  • Oversee outpatient clinical services, including crisis intervention, assessments, treatment planning, and client referrals, with support from other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols for outpatient services, including medical documentation.
  • Assist in the formulation of policies and procedures concerning client assessment, treatment, and care level determination; provide guidance to clinical staff on comprehensive client care.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and management discussions.
  • Contribute to budget planning and oversight.
  • Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations.
  • Engage with the community through committee involvement, public speaking, and marketing initiatives.
Work Schedule:
  • Type: Full-time
  • Hours: 40+ hours per week (Monday to Friday, with some evening flexibility as required).
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • Current certification as a substance abuse counselor (CADC or IADC) is essential.
  • Independent licensure as an LMHC/LMFT/LISW is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a substance use counselor and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity is required.
