Corporate Human Resources Manager

The Corporate Human Resources Manager is a pivotal member of our HR Department, responsible for managing daily operations and aiding the organization in reaching its objectives. This role encompasses a variety of HR functions such as labor relations, employee engagement, benefits management, talent acquisition, and performance evaluation. The successful candidate will foster strong partnerships throughout the organization and deliver impactful solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and execute HR projects and strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a specialist in labor relations and collective bargaining processes
  • Address employee relations matters and ensure equitable treatment for all staff
  • Formulate and uphold HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in the administration of employee surveys, leave management, and workers' compensation
  • Support HR functions including engagement assessments, recruitment efforts, and performance reviews
  • Provide guidance on benefits administration and adherence to employment regulations
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of employee information

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Proven expertise in labor relations and collective bargaining
  2. Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance standards
  3. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
  4. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  6. 7+ years of progressive experience in HR
  7. Experience in both unionized and non-unionized settings
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
