About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources Department at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and assistance in all areas of human resources, including payroll, benefits administration, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits changes, and COBRA administration.
- Support payroll processing, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain HR-related documents, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate local company events and promote a welcoming and engaging colleague experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or related training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years hands-on Human Resources administration experience in an office/corporate environment, preferably in areas of Recruiting, Benefits, Total Rewards, and Onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced education with emphasis in Human Resources Management.
- PHR or SHRM-CP designation preferred.
