About the Role

Bunge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compensation Strategist to join our exceptional Human Resources team in St. Louis, MO. As a global organization, Bunge offers an exciting opportunity for a proven compensation professional to contribute to our total rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Program Management: Manage various compensation programs and processes, with a particular focus on the annual compensation planning cycle.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with and support business/client groups globally, overseeing the job architecture/benchmarking processes and offering guidance on internal and external offers.
  • Analytical Support: Provide analytical support by using data modeling and dashboards to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
  • HR System Improvement: Collaborate with HRIS/HRIT and other HR team members to improve HR systems in accordance with the Total Rewards strategy.
  • Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct regular compensation benchmarking analysis and develop globally aligned, creative solutions to attract and retain top talent.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training materials and communications to educate HR Partners and Business Leaders on total rewards programs, policies, and practices.
  • Compensation Structure Design: Develop and manage compensation structures that meet the unique requirements of our global business.
  • Global Total Rewards Strategy: Coach, guide, and develop business partners on the Global Total Rewards Strategy and Programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation management, preferably in a global organization.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, with the ability to extract actionable information from complex datasets. Extensive understanding of compensation strategies, job structuring, and benchmarking methodologies. Experience working with HR systems and implementing system improvements. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively educate and influence individuals at all levels.
