About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and assistance in all areas of human resources, including payroll, benefits administration, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits communication, and vendor management.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, reporting, and compliance.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources administration, preferably in an office/corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced education with emphasis in Human Resources Management.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP designation.
