Position Title: Senior Change Management Specialist

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, requiring onsite presence three days a week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prosci certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Organizational Change Management.
  • A Master's Degree is advantageous.
  • Experience in project coordination and at least 1-2 years in project management.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned change practitioner capable of executing change management strategies for significant enterprise projects. This role demands an individual who can operate under guidance while effectively leading change initiatives.

Role Overview:

The Senior Change Management Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring that enterprise projects achieve their objectives efficiently and within budget. This role emphasizes the human aspect of change, focusing on adjustments to business processes, systems, technology, and job roles.

The primary responsibility involves developing and executing change management strategies that enhance employee engagement and minimize resistance. The specialist will strive to accelerate adoption and improve proficiency with changes affecting personnel.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Organizational Change Management and will serve as the dedicated change lead for assigned initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a structured methodology to guide change management activities.
  • Implement change management processes and tools to support the adoption of changes related to Cyber Security projects.
  • Facilitate communication efforts through the design, development, and management of communication strategies.
  • Conduct impact analyses to assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training initiatives by documenting requirements and assisting in the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Perform change management assessments and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
  • Consult with and coach project teams on integrating change management into project plans.
  • Engage with senior leaders and coach managers to effectively support their teams through transitions.
  • Define success metrics and monitor the progress of change initiatives.
