Job Description

Door Tech is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Southeast region. This role focuses on business development and securing new partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with dealers, building supply companies, and screen enclosure businesses, managing a CRM system, and maintaining a high sales conversion rate.

The ideal candidate will develop and manage an assigned territory, conduct cold calling, and nurture warm leads. Collaboration with the inside sales team and owner is essential, as well as staying informed about market changes and demand trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish new partnerships with dealers, building supply companies, and screen enclosure businesses.
  • Manage a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and manage an assigned territory, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Conduct cold calling and nurture warm leads consistently.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team and owner to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about market changes and demand trends within the industry.
  • Close new business deals and secure recurring orders.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the building materials industry or a related field.
  • Existing relationships within the target markets (Florida, Georgia, and Alabama) are highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as needed within the assigned territory.
  • Independent and self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential, transitioning to a commission-based role over time.
  • Commission payouts over 3 years.
  • Per diem for mileage, food, and customer travel costs (hotel, rental, flight) with approval.
  • Company-paid cell phone.
  • General working hours are 8 am - 5 pm ET, with flexibility for calling clients/prospects in different time zones outside of these hours.
