Job Description

Community Services of America, CSA seeks a highly professional and personally ethical Outside Sales Representative to manage a personal territory in Kentucky.

We offer a base salary plus commission in addition to benefits and travel allowance. A straight commission plan with the same benefits is also offered.

Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:

  • Manage a personal territory and build client relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer support
  • Respect the company in an honest and ethical manner

Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative:

  • Proven 5-10 years of inside/outside sales success or comparable experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to three/four nights per week

  • Annual earnings of $40,000-80,000
