About the Role

The Human Resources Director at Columbus Behavioral Center for Children and Adolescents is responsible for providing strategic human resources support to the facility. This includes recruiting top talent, conducting employee orientations, maintaining personnel records, and providing guidance to supervisors on employee performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire qualified candidates for vacant positions
  • Conduct employee orientations and provide onboarding support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
  • Provide guidance and support to supervisors on employee performance management
  • Conduct employee benefit open enrollment meetings and respond to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Business Degree with a Major in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • A minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources, with at least two years' experience in a healthcare setting
  • Previous supervisory or direct-level experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with advanced tracking systems (ATS) and good computer knowledge in Word/Excel
