Job Title: Human Resources Director

At Centerline Business Services, we are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR guidance and support to our client companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR counsel and support to assigned client companies, including performance management, disciplinary processes, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance our company culture.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, terminations, and exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and facilitate HR-related training programs, such as harassment training and performance review training.
Requirements:
  • At least 7-10 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in supporting multiple client groups and/or companies at the same time.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, employment law, EEO compliance, benefits, recruitment, retention, growth planning, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and present reports and business communications.
