Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of the People Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resource strategies that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resource strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals
  • Lead the management and development of the HR team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Partner with school leaders and the People Leadership Team to identify and drive key people initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment, benefits, and labor relations
  • Develop and implement effective communication and engagement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, including 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
