Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Aston Carter. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR operations, including managing the company gear store, ordering, and organizing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company gear store, including ordering, organizing, and opening
  • Manage the package and mail room
  • Upload records into ADP, including new hire files and headshots
  • Manage meeting notes
  • Manage PPW vendor visits and FR changes
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • Onboarding and administrative support experience
  • HR administration skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
