Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage **invoices and receipts**
  • Monitor and maintain **inventory and stock levels**
  • Support with **mail handling**
  • Facilitate the preparation and processing of **orders**
  • Update and manage the **online address book**
  • Assist in the organization and hosting of **in-house seminars**
  • Conduct **monthly filing** and other clerical tasks
  • Provide support to the manager with various **office responsibilities**

The candidate should possess a **High School diploma** or equivalent and be prepared to work throughout the year. Proficiency in the **MS Office Suite** is essential.
