Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage **invoices and receipts**
- Monitor and maintain **inventory and stock levels**
- Support with **mail handling**
- Facilitate the preparation and processing of **orders**
- Update and manage the **online address book**
- Assist in the organization and hosting of **in-house seminars**
- Conduct **monthly filing** and other clerical tasks
- Provide support to the manager with various **office responsibilities**
The candidate should possess a **High School diploma** or equivalent and be prepared to work throughout the year. Proficiency in the **MS Office Suite** is essential.
