Position Overview

The **Administrative Assistant** is essential in facilitating office functions, delivering outstanding customer service, and aiding in project coordination. This role demands a meticulous individual with remarkable communication and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Develop and manage spreadsheets for programs/events and produce reports.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and vendors to the office.
  • Coordinate in-office events and manage meeting arrangements.
  • Track office supply levels and initiate orders as needed.
  • Prepare event materials and oversee shipping logistics.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and volunteers on project tasks.
  • Accurately maintain the internal address database.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and visually appealing.
  • Provide support to senior management as required.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office management.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Exhibits a service-oriented mindset.
