  • Efficiently assess and direct inquiries, documenting messages as necessary.
  • Utilize the telephone system and voicemail features proficiently.
  • Assist clients and staff with parking arrangements at the main office.
  • Guarantee the reception area is staffed at all times during operational hours.
  • Support walk-in applicants in completing job applications for available positions.
  • Stay informed about current postal regulations and services utilized by the organization.
  • Receive deliveries and notify the appropriate personnel.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding participant, staff, and organizational matters.
  • Perform routine office tasks essential for maintaining a professional workspace.
  • Assist with clerical duties, including typing, filing, proofreading, and data entry.
  • Demonstrate genuine concern for clients and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure punctuality and regular attendance.
  • Build rapport with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Provide refreshments to clients, including coffee and snacks.
  • Prepare baked goods for customer demonstrations as needed.
  • Manage the refreshment area, ensuring it is well-stocked.
  • Track and facilitate the flow of new clients, aligning them with sales staff according to store policy.
  • Resolve any disputes regarding new client assignments.
  • Oversee the execution of store promotional activities.
  • Manage seasonal decorations within the store.
  • Ensure compliance with digital pricing standards.
  • Collaborate strategically to support management and sales objectives.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed.

WORK SCHEDULE:

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM with two days off each week.

COMPENSATION:

Hourly wage ranges from $18 to $22, with benefits available after the introductory period, including:
