Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Oversee the Emergency Alert System, responding promptly to all alerts.
  • Administer the business center and handle all mail processing.
  • Ensure a secure environment for staff, residents, and guests by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment through positive interactions with colleagues and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience of two years in a hospitality or senior living environment.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and capable of operating a personal computer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with staff, residents, and families.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background check and Health Screening, including physical and TB tests.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations, including vaccination and PPE requirements as necessary.
