Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests in a courteous manner
- Arrange meeting spaces for clients and visitors
- Organize appointments and oversee conference room schedules
- Keep the reception area orderly
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and distribute packages as needed
- Handle email and fax communications
- Assist with filing and administrative tasks
- Support fellow team members as required
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
*This position requires on-site presence.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
- Exhibit professionalism at all times
- Detail-oriented with effective multitasking abilities
