This position is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer support while overseeing the order management and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their orders.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to guarantee timely and precise order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and manage customer accounts and order histories within our customer management system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to remain informed about product details and promotional offers.
  • Continuously seek to enhance customer service processes and procedures to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Undertake additional relevant responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment, ideally within the supplement or e-commerce sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Apple devices, and familiar with customer management systems.
  • Knowledge of the supplement industry and body care products is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within the company.
  • Experience in consumer goods customer support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce practices is preferred.
